Cottage equipment
The chalet is heated by central heating. It has a ski room and a lounge with a TV. There are two-, three-, and four-bed rooms. Several rooms always share a kitchen with a small dining room and sanitary facilities. The kitchen has several hotplates. There is also a shared fridge and food storage room (storing and eating food in the rooms is prohibited). Slippers without black soles are required. The cottage has its own parking. Staying at the cottage is subject to house rules.
Transportation
The cottage is located at the foot of the Ore Mountains in the village of Mariánská near Jáchymov. You can find your way around, for example Seznam Maps.

Reservations for recreation are arranged with Mrs. Simona Pfeffer.

Possibility of sports activities
There are many cycling and cross-country skiing trails in the vicinity of the cottage. There are also popular ski areas for downhill skiing.

Prices include VAT.
UTIA Staff:
- adults, retired employees of the UTIA, spouse of an employee, a retired employee of the UTIA is considered to be a retired employee of the UTIA or a chalet companion of a child of an employee of the UTIA
- dependent children, grandchildren of the employee, including students up to the age of 26
Discounted Prices:
The discounted rate will apply if at least one person in the room is eligible under the current definition.
- Small room (i.e. 12, 13, 22, 23, 42 and 43): 300 CZK when occupied by 1 person; + 50 CZK for each additional adult, + 25 CZK for each additional person aged 3 to 18 years (child under 3 years free of charge).
- Large room (14, 24 and 44): 400 CZK when occupied by 1 person; + 50 CZK for each additional adult, + 25 CZK for each additional person aged 3 to 18 years (child under 3 years free).
Full price for non-residential holidaymakers:
- Small room (i.e. 12, 13, 22, 23, 42 and 43): 500 CZK when occupied by 1 person; +100 CZK for each additional adult, +50 CZK for each additional person aged 3 to 18 years (child under 3 years free of charge).
- Large room (14, 24 and 44): 600 CZK when occupied by 1 person; + 100 CZK for each additional adult, + 50 CZK for each additional person aged 3 to 18 years (child under 3 years free of charge).
The organization of mass events is governed by special rules (Czech), similar to the Christmas (Czech) holiday season.
Possibility to connect to the Internet
The cottage has a network called "UTIA" password available at the cottage, or you can ask Mrs. Simona Pfeffer or the computer center. You can connect to the internal network of the UTIA from Mariánská using a VPN.
