Gender Equality

The Institute is guided by EU Directive 2006/54/EC on equality between women and men as defined in the document:

The Institute's management shall ensure that all research and other activities developed at the Institute consistently apply, to the extent appropriate in our area of research and other activities, all the measures set out in the Gender Equality Plan, which is included in this document. The success of our Gender Equality Policy is demonstrated by the proportion of women both among researchers and in management positions.
