Biography
Oleksandr Korotetskyi earned his bachelor's degree in 2021 from the Technical University of Košice and completed his master's degree in 2024 at the Faculty of Information Technology, Czech Technical University in Prague. He also spent one semester at Eötvös Loránd University.
In 2024, he began his Ph.D. studies under the supervision of Prof. Haindl at the Faculty of Information Technology, Czech Technical University in Prague, in collaboration with the Institute of Information Theory and Automation of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
His research focuses on computer vision, specifically the analysis and reading of burned parchment scrolls from Herculaneum.
