Publication list
Adam Harmanec is a PhD candidate at Charles University, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, in the Theoretical Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence programme, focusing on Processing and Analysis of Super-Resolution Microscopy Images. He holds a MSc and BSc from the same faculty, with theses on Registration of Images of Nuclear Fuel Assembly and Traffic Sign Classification by Deep Learning, completed in 2021 and 2019, respectively. His current research objective is to develop methods for tracking and analysing plasma membrane processes using super-resolution microscopy.
