Martin Kružík je profesorem matematického modelování v Ústavu teorie informace a automatizace Akademie věd České republiky a na Českém vysokém učení technickém v Praze. Jeho výzkumné zájmy sahají od variačního počtu a aplikované matematické analýzy až po matematické problémy kontinuální fyziky.
